Informa Tech has now completed its acquisition of the majority of IHS Markit’s technology portfolio, adding it to its existing data and research brands Ovum, Heavy Reading, and Tractica.
This combination means that Informa Tech is now primed to build a market-leading data & research business which, when coupled with Informa Tech’s media and events businesses, will better inform, educate, and connect the ICT industries.
By welcoming over 350 respected analysts, researchers, data scientists, and consultants from IHS Markit, we enhance our expertise and deepen our global coverage across a spectrum of Information & Communications Technology markets, including Enterprise IT & Communications, Telecommunications & Service Providers, Media & Entertainment, and Manufacturing & Heathcare, and enabling technologies such as cloud, AI, security, IoT, semiconductors, and displays.
All customers will continue to receive the same high-quality products and services you have come to expect; for the time being there will be no change to the service, your access, or who to turn to for help and support. IHS Markit Technology customer contracts are being transferred on the same Terms & Conditions.
